ACLLC offers many value added processes such as acid deburring and ultrasonic cleaning. Each process allows us to provide you with ultra clean, ultra smooth surface finishes for your secondary processing, plating or our further processing as you require.

We can also provide most engineering verification of your designs that require heat treating prior to plating. Our capability includes up to 1300F in an inert atmosphere for hardening or annealing. This comes in handy for BeCu applications where we can try out your design prior to plating for critical force requirements.
