The machinery and products at ACLLC allow us to make extensive use of Statistical Process Control (SPC). Our screw machines are monitored during production for critical characteristics either chosen by the customer or by our engineering department. Our SPCII program allows us to run real time charts that allows the operator to know instantaneously when a key characteristic is changing or out of control.
