If, within 10 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.

Shipping rates are the cost of our shipping cost, we do not add a handling charge.

Shipments outside the USA are sent by USPS priority mail. The shipment cost is exact shipping cost from the USPS plus 4% added for credit card charge. NOTE: If shipping is out of the ordinary, customer will be advised of cost prior to shipping and receive their ok prior to shipping. (Example: a large box with kegs that weighs 40 lbs)
