[ CONSTRUCTION ]
Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior top grill. Anodized aluminum finished top, bottom and back of exterior. High quality 304 series stainless steel interior, plastic evaporator cover. Insulated with 2.5" thick high density foamed-in-place CFC free polyurethane foam. Four 4" diameter casters (front casters with brakes). Door heater installed around inside cabinet frame to prevent moisture build up.
[ REFRIGERATION SYSTEM ]
Self-contained condensing unit located at top of the cabinet for high performance.
Oversized condenser and evaporator coil cools to the set temperature in a minimum time period and maintains it.
Evironmentally friendly CFC free 404A refrigerant
Adapted air-duct system to chill down condenser coil fast and supplement the cool air distribution.
Adjustable defrost cycle between every 3 and 6 hours with 400 watt electrical heater. Time initiated, and both temperature and time terminated for backup fail-safe. Automatic evaporator fan motor delay on defrost cycle.
Built-in electrical 80 watt condensate pan heater located at the bottom of the cabinet with anodized aluminum interior and galvanized steel exterior.
Pressure relief port provided at exterior back wall for rapid re-entry.
115 volt / 60 cycle / 1 phase NEMA-5-15R for 1 & 2 section freezers. Except for Model ESF3 (3 Door freezer), 208-230 volt / 60 cycle / 1 phase without plug.
Factory preset temperature, -4¢µ. Operation of compressor and all other electrical components is governed by digital monitoring system (PCB) behind front grill.
