 SA Berlin/Brandenburg EM/NCOs Service Kepi-SOLDSA Berlin/Brandenburg EM/NCOs Service Kepi. the kepi is made of tan cotton twill construction. the crown and stitched up scalloped side panels are made of cotton twill with a section of black wool, just below the crown edge and above the side panels. each side has a single ventilation grommet to the wool section, just below the crown edge. the internal crown wire stiffener is intact. the front features a M-1929 pattern, stamped alloy national eagle. below the eagle is a silver wash, 20mm diameter, smooth button to front center of cotton twill panel. the button retains 90% of original nickel/silver finish. the brown leather chinstrap is complete and unbroken. the front of the kepi features a short visor with tan cotton twill covering over internal stiffener and two rows of reinforcement stitching near forward edge. the interior crown is lined in a orange/brown oil cloth material, with a orange/tan alkor sweat band. there is a paper tag on the inside which says "Dienstmutze" with a name and Gruppe number of the original owner. the top wool section and button color indicate that the cap was worn by a member of SA-Gruppe Berlin/Brandenburg. the cap is very solid, and is free from any holes, tears or moth damage. it has some moderate soiling from period wear, with wear to the sweat band. the overall condition is very good.
