The following Consultation Programs are available:

Vitamin Consultation

A 10 minute consultation to discuss what vitamins are necessary for you to maximize your health and help you to increase your energy and vitality levels. A brief description on the different types & quality of supplements will be given in order to help you understand the important role vitamins play, in addition to your normal nutrition. We will also, take a look at any current supplements that you may already be taking and determine a regimen that works for your needs.

Health Coaching
This consultation consist of taking a look at your past and present conditions with the use of a variety of health questionnaires. In advance, you will need to email a list of your medicine and supplements currently taking, along with a 5 day diet diary. Please send any recent laboratory testing that you may have received. Fill out the Toxicity Quiz and Health and History Questionaire. You will be able to download this form upon paying for your initial consultation.
The initial consultation will require a minimum of 30 minutes. ( Fee: $70)

30 Day Wellness Programs
This is a comprehensive, month-long program that will be designed to meet the needs of your specific condition. This is a necessary program for people with complex health problems involving multiple symptoms. Your first appointment is 1 hour long and will be followed by 3 consecutive weekly appointments that will be 30 minutes each.
You will also, need to email all necessary forms and information listed below.
