 PristineExtra®PristineExtra® is used in the start up for PristineBlue®. It is a 99% sodium di-chlor shock that dissipates rapidly, therefore rendering the water back to a non-chlorine status. It may be used for troubleshooting, or as your shock treatment. one lb per 10,000 gal. Also it can be used for pools with black stains caused by damp conditions under the pool liner (algae growing under the liner) Turn your pump off and let the water stop moving. Pour Pristine Extra onto the stain and let it work for a ¼ hr. turn your pump back on. Do not use more then 1 lb per 10,000 gal. Repeat if needed after 48 hrs.
