typical old time Protestant church windows

These 80 year old windows at the Cicero Bible Church are typical of many of those at old Protestant churches. The Cicero Bible Church, Cicero, IL, was prominent in the independent fundamental church movement in the early and mid 1900s. Its large and relatively simply designed windows are in line with the church's straightforward and functional doctrines. Windows such as these are prone to vandalism, sagging, sticking and slamming vents, and the effects of poor previous repairs. At the Cicero Bible Church we repaired all broken and cracked glass in the windows and vents, improved upon the worst previous repairs and generally improved the appearance and condition of all the stained glass.
