BABY UNIQUE SHIPPINGAll of our items, EXCEPT THOSE MARKED CUSTOM ORDERS, are shipped through UPS because of their reliability and outstanding tracking system. Just choose the preferred UPS shipping option during checkout and your order will be shipped accordingly.
CUSTOM ORDERS are shipped through our COMMON CARRIER WHITE GLOVE PROGRAM, which includes assembly & installation. The items will be delivered to your home, unpacked, inspected, and installed and assembled into the room you specify. Please inspect the merchandise carefully because BABYUNIQUE.COM WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN REPAIRING OR REPLACING YOUR MERCHANDISE IF THE DAMAGE IS NOT REPORTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY! We make every effort to package our items as carefully as possible so they will not be damaged in transit. From time to time damage may occur during shipping, so you can see that it is extremely important that you inspect your merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt form. In most cases, the damage can easily be repaired. We work with you to get a professional furniture repair service to your home to fix the problem at your earliest convenience.
If there is a problem with your merchandise you can follow any or all of the following steps:
- All damage must be documented on the delivery receipt form which the driver will ask you to sign. Please attempt to be as specific as possible.
- Call Baby Unique at 949-496-4541 and let us know what your concerns are. We will advise you on how to procede.
- If the merchandise is in such a condition that you are not willing to accept it, then simply refuse the shipment. YOU MUST SPECIFY, IN DETAIL, THE REASON YOU ARE REFUSING THE SHIPMENT. REMEMBER THAT CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL AND YOU CAN NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE IT. If a custom order is refused for any other reason than damage, BABYUNIQUE.COM WILL NOT ACCEPT THE MERCHANDISE BACK, and you will be responsible for any additional charges to the freight company for redelivery.
